The Carl Zeiss Distagon T* 2/28 is a manual-focus wide-angle lens known for its superb build quality and solid metal construction. Central sharpness is excellent from f/2.8 onward, with optimal performance around f/4-f/5.6. Purple fringing may occur on backlit subjects.
