The Viltrox AF 14mm F4.0 Air is an ultra-wide prime for Nikon Z and Sony E mounts, priced at $199. Optically, it delivers excellent center sharpness from f/4 with low distortion and manageable lateral CA. Weaknesses include heavy vignetting (~3 EV) that stopping down doesn't reduce, and a slight greenish color cast on BSI sensors. Build is lightweight plastic with a metal mount, no weather sealing, but includes a USB-C port for firmware updates.
