    Overview

    The Venus Laowa 14mm F4 FF RL Zero-D is an ultra-compact, all-metal manual lens praised for its excellent build and portability. Optically, it delivers excellent central sharpness and very low distortion (Zero-D claim is close to reality), but corners can be soft and vignetting is present. It lacks electronic contacts, so no EXIF or stabilization. The built-in hood accepts 52mm filters. Best for photographers wanting a tiny, affordable ultra-wide for occasional use.
