The Tamron AF 28-300mm F/3.5-6.3 XR Di VC LD Aspherical (IF) Macro is a compact, lightweight superzoom for full-frame and APS-C cameras. Optically, it offers decent sharpness, especially at f/8, but chromatic aberration is high at wide and telephoto ends. Distortion shows moderate barrel at wide and pincushion at tele.
