The Sigma 30mm F2.8 DN | A is a compact, affordable prime for Sony E-mount and Micro Four Thirds, offering very sharp center performance wide open and excellent sharpness across the frame when stopped down to f/4–f/5.6. Chromatic aberration is well controlled, distortion is minimal, and vignetting is slight. Build quality is decent with a metal barrel and mount, but the focus ring is prone to fingerprints and scratches. The lens rattles when unpowered due to its linear AF motor.
