    Overview

    The Pentax smc DA 10-17mm F3.5-4.5 ED (IF) Fisheye is a unique zoom lens offering a 180-degree diagonal field of view at 10mm, transitioning to super wide-angle at 17mm. Optically, sharpness is excellent at 14mm and 17mm, with good control of chromatic aberration. However, at 10mm, distortion is extreme and sharpness cannot be measured. The lens has an integrated hood, no filter thread, and is built for APS-C but can be used on full-frame with vignetting. It suits creative photographers seeking dramatic fisheye effects.
