    Hasselblad XCD 135mm F2.8

    133mm · f/2.8

    Overview

The Hasselblad XCD 135mm F2.8 is a well-built, sharp telephoto lens for the X1D/X2D system, often bundled with a dedicated 1.7x teleconverter that performs exceptionally well. Optically, it delivers excellent resolution and corner performance, though the Fuji GF 110mm is sharper. Chromatic aberrations are well controlled, but some astigmatism appears in corners compared to the Zeiss 135/2 Apo-Sonnar. The lens is mechanically solid with a damped focus ring, but lacks controls and the tripod collar is not Arca Swiss compatible. It suits landscape and portrait photographers seeking a compact medium-format telephoto, especially with the teleconverter for extended reach.
