    Overview

    The Canon RF 20mm F1.4 L VCM is a compact, lightweight (500g) ultra-wide prime with excellent corner-to-corner sharpness at f/1.4 and fast, quiet autofocus. It offers good distortion control and weather resistance, though the barrel feels plasticky. The lens balances well on camera and suits travel, landscape, street, and astrophotography. A limitation is that VCM iris control works only with newer Canon RF bodies.
