The Canon EF 8-15mm f/4L Fisheye USM is a unique zoom fisheye offering both circular (8mm) and full-frame (15mm) fisheye effects on full-frame cameras. Optical performance is superb, with sharpness matching the older 15mm f/2.8 prime, though no optical advantage at 15mm and one stop slower. Build quality is solid with weather sealing, but the bulbous front element is vulnerable and the lens hood is visible at most zoom settings, requiring removal for wider angles.
