Overview

The Canon EF 15mm f/2.8 Fisheye is a compact, lightweight lens offering 180° field of view on full-frame, with excellent sharpness even at f/2.8 and well-controlled chromatic aberration and flare. Its build is reasonable but the focus ring feels low quality and noisy. Weaknesses include no filter thread, a loose lens cap, and only 5 aperture blades creating pentagonal bokeh. It suits action sports and underwater photographers, and can be used for rectilinear conversion with software like DxO.
