The Carl Zeiss Planar T* 110mm f/2 is a legendary medium-format lens praised for its unique bokeh and shallow depth of field, often compared to the Leica Noctilux. It is sharp wide open with beautiful color rendering. However, early versions may have aperture blade sticking issues, and later FE versions introduced a square baffle that can create squarish bokeh orbs. Build is all-metal with smooth focus, but the lens is heavy at 750g.
