The Chinar Chinon 135mm f/2.8 is a compact, well-built budget lens. Optically, it is soft at f/2.8 with noticeable purple fringing and low contrast, but sharpens by f/5.6. Color rendition is cool and saturated. It suits manual focus shooters on a budget, especially for video, due to its long focus throw and smooth aperture ring.
