Overview

The 7artisans 60mm f/2.8 Macro lens offers excellent value for budget-conscious macro photographers. It is very sharp, with impressive bokeh and good contrast. The Mark II version improves on the original with internal focusing and lighter weight (339g). Build is all-metal and solid, though the focus throw is short beyond 1.5m, making precise focusing difficult. The aperture ring is clickless, which some may find less precise for stills. It suits casual macro shooters who want a capable lens without a major investment.
