The Arax 80mm f/2.8 MC is a tilt-shift lens offering 11mm shift and 8° tilt with 360° rotation, enabling hardware-level perspective and creative control. Optically, it delivers sharp images with nice colors, though achieving precise focus at f/2.8 can be challenging. Build quality is excellent, all-metal with smooth controls, but the lens is large and may have rotation clearance issues on some full-frame bodies like the A900. It suits photographers comfortable with manual focus and tripod use, especially on SLT cameras with focus peaking.
