The Pentacon 200mm f/4.0 Auto MC (6 blades) is a vintage M42 telephoto lens with all-metal build and smooth manual controls, though it is heavy (600g) and lacks a tripod collar, putting stress on the camera mount. Optically, it offers good center sharpness, especially at f/8, with nice colors and contrast, but wide open at f/4 it suffers from low contrast, glow, and chromatic aberrations against bright light.
