The Walimex Pro 8mm T3.8 Fish-Eye CS II UMC (also sold as Samyang/Rokinon) is a manual-focus APS-C fisheye offering a 180° diagonal field of view. Optical strengths include very good sharpness and extensive depth of field, though chromatic aberration is present but correctable. Build quality is solid with a smooth focus ring, but the video-oriented version has a stepless aperture that can be accidentally adjusted. It suits budget-conscious photographers or videographers wanting a fun, specialty lens for occasional use.
