    Overview

    The Quantaray Tech-10 NF AF 24mm f/2.8 is a budget-friendly wide-angle prime, optically identical to the Sigma 24mm f/2.8 (addy landzaat). On APS-C sensors it delivers very sharp center performance and good corner sharpness even wide open, making it suitable for astrophotography with minimal coma. However, on full-frame the corners are soft (spada, addy landzaat). Build is typical of older AF lenses, with a noisy focusing motor and a flimsy clip-on hood. It offers a close minimum focus distance for near-macro shots (spada). Best for APS-C users seeking an affordable, sharp wide-angle lens.
