Overview

The Olympus OM Zuiko 50mm f/3.5 Auto-Macro is a compact, well-built lens with excellent sharpness at f/8. It suffers from significant veiling flare with light sources just outside the frame. The focus ring is smooth but has a long throw, especially for close-up work. Bokeh is smooth at close distances but can show hexagonal shapes when stopped down.
